Samsung has just launched the Galaxy Notes in Indonesia. The device was equipped with sail 5.3-inch Super AMOLED technology, touch screen, and S Pen that support creativity and productivity of users.

The Samsung called "Galaxy Note" as a new form of smartphones. The combination of three technologies that support creativity and productivity of users. Unlike the Galaxy Tab, Samsung put pen-input technology advanced S Pen on "Galaxy Note".

While showing how digital S Pen, HHP Director of PT Samsung Electronics Indonesia Budi Janto said the feature is functioning like a pen. Users simply write or illustrate ideas on the screen "Galaxy Note" by using a digital S Pen. Furthermore, the device works recognize the text or images. In order not easily lost, Samsung provides a special space in the "Galaxy Note" to save the S Pen. "Galaxy Note" will change and improve mobile communications by offering innovative features such as S Memo, S and S Choice Planner. I am sure that consumers who try to "Galaxy Note" will love the features, said President and Chief Executive Officer of Samsung Asia Gregory Lee.

S Choice is a new category menu on the Samsung Apps specifically designed to feature S Pen. The new application includes Soonr Workplace, OmniSketch, Zen Brush, ComicBook! And iAnnotate PDF. Soonr Workplace enables team collaboration with annotations directly on a variety of file formats that are stored in Soonr Cloud.

iAnnotate PDF provides annotations directly to the S Pen when I read a PDF file. OmniSketch and Zen Brush is a useful tool for sketching and drawing. OmniSketch allows users to use S Pen as a brush. While the Zen Brush provides oriental brush simulation.

Screen "Galaxy Note" which ensures a high-resolution e-book, PowerPoint presentations, web pages and news application can be viewed comfortably via scrolling or zooming. Super AMOLED screen and high definition "Galaxy Note" is large enough to allow split-screen operation and true multitasking, ie the original application of the most frequently used and can be operated adjacent to reduce interruptions.

How to access what's new:
Create a pivot table by selecting the data you want to analyze and then choosing ‘Pivot Table Report’ from the ‘Data’ drop down menu. Note: Spreadsheets does not currently support pivot tables imported from Microsoft Excel

Google Apps Administrators now have the ability to delegate admin rights to users and customize what tasks these delegated admins are allowed to perform in the control panel.

This feature allows the primary administrators or “Super Admins” to share some management tasks such as password reset and user creation, but not the ability to delete users or disable an entire service such as Gmail for example. This control also gives Super Admins the ability to restrict delegated admins from seeing certain tabs in the control panel such as ‘Advanced Tools’ or ‘Support’.

6. Click “Save changes” and “OK” to confirm that you want to grant administrator access to the user.

- Only top-level notes are synced
- Leave Docs as private, plain-text
- Categories aren’t synced

Google Apps administrators can now control whether or not to allow Calendar Labs to be used within their domain.

Google Apps, Google Apps for Business, Government and Education

All languages supported by the Admin Control Panel (Current version)

How to access what's new:
In the Admin Control Panel, in “Settings” then “Calendar”, there is a new checkbox to enable/disable the use of Calendar Labs in Calendar.

Scheduled Release track features update 4/19/11

The following features are now available to these domains:
Gmail:
Gmail users can now choose whether or not to auto-add contacts after messaging them.

Google Calendar:
Calendar Labs will now be available for users to install and this is rolling out over the next few days.

Google Sites:
Recovery of deleted sites. If an owner of a site accidentally deletes a site, it will be immediately removed from view but they may recover it by visiting its URL within 30 days. This only affects sites that have been deleted after the feature has been released.

The following features are now intended for release to these domains on April 26:
Gmail:
- Ability to use ‘custom from’ feature from an unsecured connection on port 25.
- Recipient suggestions labs graduating from Gmail labs. These two features prevent you from making two common mistakes: forgetting to include someone on an email, and sending a message to the wrong person with a similar name to the person you meant to email.

Google Docs:
Pagination: Ability to see visual pages on your screen.

Google Documents list:
Some small improvements to the interface have been made such as:
- Improved dialog when deleting an item
- ‘Owned by me’ section in the navigation pane
- A Details/Column view and collapsible details pane
- Ability to show or hide the preview pane on the right side

Version 3.1 of the Google Apps Migration for Lotus Notes tool is now available for download with the following new features:

- Resource provisioning from Domino rooms and resources.
- Resource calendar migration.
- New user registration methods: 'Pick users from Domino Directory' and 'Import from file'.
- Live migrations view. See real time migration activity by site.
- Integrated migration calculator. Determine time and bandwidth requirements for selected users.
- Connection test feature. Checks GAMLN and Google domain configuration. Also identifies any firewalls or proxy restrictions between the Domino server and the web.
- Personal contacts now appear under 'My Contacts' after migration.
- No dependency on operating system settings when migrating Notes calendars. A single GAMLN server can now migrate calendars across any number of time zones in a single migration run.
- Google calendars no longer need to be initialized prior to Notes calendar migration.
- User and group provisioning now uses three-legged OAuth. ClientLogin has been fully deprecated.
